These Solar solutions greatly increase range and reliability of all types of vehicles and are also used for powering tools and machinery. Green Energy has proven to be a great success throughout Europe and Saudi Arabia and is now entering the U.S. Market.
We have an immediate opening for a Lead Technician / Foreman who will be responsible for training installation staff and supporting sales. This will be a leadership role that will be counted on to help grow and build the USA business. Training and supervision of staff as well as working closely with customers will be required. Extensive travel will be involved.
KEY DUTIES
• Installation of MIPV Solar Sets as a means to certify installers
• Work in close collaboration with Sales Director and Incoming Customers
• Support of Sales Team by Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Training and supervision of Installation Technicians
• Participation in Trade Shows and Marketing Initiatives
• Travel extensively throughout USA – 3-4 Days Per Week
• Vehicle and Travel Expenses Provided
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as an Automotive, Truck or Heavy Equipment Technician with emphasis on Electrical
• Completion of Relevant Trade School, ASE Certification or OEM Training will be considered an asset
• Supervisory Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Abstract
• Ability to travel both nationally and Internationally Training in Denmark for a period of up to 4 weeks will be required initially
• Adaptability – This will be supporting a new venture in the USA and we will need individuals who are able to go above and beyond the job description to help us grow
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong Computer Skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
