Zureck Logistik has specialised in handling heavy and oversized loads in every aspect from route planning to security. Now, the company has adopted a green approach
For the German company, Zureck Logistik, size matters a great deal. Specialising in the business of heavy transportation, they offer some of the largest transport solutions in the business. Windmill transportation on land demands something special and here, Zureck Logistik is ahead of the curve. In this business, the fuel expenses are costly, and therefore every litre counts. With solar panels on the roof of the first Scania F 500, there is fuel to be saved and comfort to be gained.

From 0 to 100 with heavy loads and bright ideas
With a motto like that, we have a company with clear visions of the future. Founded in 2016 and led by a then 19-year-old Christoph Zureck, the company now has 130 employees, 150 vehicles, and a vision to deliver the best of the best within the transportation of heavy loads. In 2020, the constantly growing and innovative family business opened a state-of-the-art company headquarters with over 4,000 m2 of heated storage space in the industrial park, Painke, in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany.
A great union of sun and wind on the road
Transportation of wind turbines is increasingly in focus, and Zureck Logistik, specialised in the tough individual form of transportation, has now landed the task of transporting towers, rotor blades, and turbines.
The heavy loads are very fuel consuming and this is where the solar panels from Green Energy/MIPV.pro enter the picture. Oliver Heinz from Green Energy/MIPV has assisted in the installation of the first set of 110 Wp solar panels on one of the company’s brand-new trucks, a 2022 Scania F 500. He meets CEO Christoph Zureck for a talk about choosing solar panels: We have heard a lot of good things about the product from our business partner, EUROPART, that it’s a high-quality and high-performance product. Our goal with installing solar panels is saving fuel because of reduced fuel consumption and to be carbon neutral, Christoph says and continues, most definitely we will install more solar panels on several of our trucks.
We congratulate Zureck Logistik on their first installation.
